It has been bestowed upon the Spirit Claw tribe to govern those Lycans who cannot follow the policies that have been given by Father Wolf and Mother Luna.

If you are not able to handle the gifts of changing or use your gifts in any way that brings that harm to the Lycan community or humankind, you will be hunted down and judged accordingly.

There are those who have proven that they cannot handle their gifts and MUST take the Full Moon serum. The Full Moon serum will prevent you from changing completely.

The Half Moon serum will allow a Lycan to shapeshift at will. Totally voluntary. By the power invested in me by the spirit of Father Wolf and Mother Luna, I hereby declare that no one shall partake of the Half Moon serum unless you are in good standing with Father Wolf, Mother Luna and the Spirit Claw tribe.
